Upper Columbia Resource Conservation & Development Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN 91-1584918. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

UCRCD serves as fiscal sponsor for its sponsored programs. Contributions designated for a sponsored program are made to UCRCD, which issues all tax receipts and retains discretion and control over the use of contributed funds.
